Global third-party IT outage
Dear travellers, we would like to share with you that our systems haven't been affected by the IT outage, which is happening now around the world. However, we might be unable to rebook you in case you requested to, if the airlines booking systems are out of order. This does not affect your rights for financial reimbursement.
If you are on the way/at the airport
We understand that traveling in this situation may be more stressful and complicated, especially if you do self-transfer, so we recommend you to stay in touch with your airline(s) to be updated. In case you need help, contact your airline, if your airline is not answering, you might contact us to get help (for SelfLinker customers, we highly recommend to use your priority number at this time).
If your itinerary has been disrupted
At the moment, SelfLinker has decided to help all travelers that have been affected by the systems outage. That means all travelers, who purchased Protection Package without Queue Protection will be now eligible for reimbursement even in case, that they missed their flight(s) due to queues at check-in/security/passport checks. Travellers, who purchased the Protection Package with Queue Protection will receive a goodwill compensation worth of 20 % calculated from the amount of additional expenses, they had to pay.
